Condition Guide
Every product we sell is labeled clearly, so you know exactly what you are buying. Here is what each condition means and how we prepare used items.
Unused items in original, unopened or factory-sealed packaging, with any included manufacturer warranty noted on the listing.
Pre-owned items that have been inspected, cleaned, and confirmed to be in good working order. Cosmetic wear is normal and is described honestly in the condition notes for each item. Gently used products are priced below new and are sold as-is.
What Inspected and Cleaned Means
Before any used item is listed, our team tests the product to confirm it functions as intended, cleans and sanitizes all surfaces, checks for missing parts or accessories and notes anything not included, photographs the actual item, and writes condition notes describing wear, marks, or anything worth knowing.
Reading the Condition Notes
Every used listing includes a short condition notes section in plain language, describing the item’s appearance and function. If something would matter to you as a buyer, we put it in writing.
Photos Are of the Actual Item
For one-of-a-kind used products, the photos show the exact item you will receive. Because many used items are unique, once an item sells it is gone, so the listing reflects what is available right now.
Warranty and Returns by Condition
New items may include a manufacturer warranty when noted. Gently used items are sold as-is and are not covered by a manufacturer warranty unless the listing states otherwise. Full terms, including how we handle items that arrive damaged or not as described, are on our Store Policies page.
