Program Knowledge

At Aging In The Comfort Of Home®, dealers receive training in aging-in-place principles, accessibility planning, home safety evaluations, consultative service, and core product categories relevant to independent local work. The goal is practical preparation that helps dealers approach families, homes, and recommendations with greater clarity.

The best solutions are built on understanding and not assumptions.

"Knowing the needs is just the start. Understanding the families behind them is where true service begins."

Certification helps dealers enter each conversation about aging in place prepared to listen carefully, evaluate home safety needs, and recommend practical next steps for independent living.

Dealers with Aging In The Comfort Of Home® operate as independent business owners under their own brands. During Certification, dealers receive training materials, practical tools, templates, and implementation resources designed to support a strong launch. No geographic territory is granted or protected, and no continuing services, updates, portals, or assistance are included after Certification unless separately agreed in writing.

Mastery Matters

The more knowledge you bring to home safety, the greater the impact you can make. Every dealer receives the tools to address accessibility, bathroom safety, and independent living so families never have to face these challenges on their own.
