Viral & Bacterial Sterilization
A clean, safe environment is the foundation of every project we complete. Our sterilization program protects your home from start to finish.
Built Into Every Project We Do
When construction or remodeling work enters a home, dust, debris, and disruption follow. For seniors, individuals with compromised immune systems, and families with health concerns, that disruption carries real risk.
Aging In The Comfort Of Home® developed its Viral and Bacterial Prevention Program to address that risk directly. Every project we complete includes daily sterilization from beginning to end, using EPA and CDC-approved products in a thorough 2-step process.
"A clean home is a safe home. Sterilization is not an add-on. It is a standard."
What began as a response to heightened health concerns has become a permanent standard of how we work. Clean is not an add-on. It is built into the way we operate.
Our Sterilization Standards
Every project follows strict sterilization protocols to protect your home and your family throughout the entire process.
Complete Daily Sterilization: Every active work area is sterilized at the beginning and end of each workday throughout the entire duration of the project. No exceptions.
EPA & CDC-Approved Products: We use a 2-step process with products that meet EPA and CDC safety and effectiveness standards. Our approach helps eliminate the risk of germs and viruses in the home.
Full Protective Gear & Cordoned Work Areas: Our entire team is outfitted in protective equipment from head to toe during every visit. All active work zones are taped off and clearly marked to maintain safe boundaries.
Air Quality & Post-Project Clean: Work areas are sealed and ventilated to minimize dust and particulate exposure. After the work is complete, we perform a full sterilization pass before handing the space back.

Schedule a Sterilization Before or After Any Home Project
Construction and renovation expose your home to dust, debris, and airborne contaminants. Our hospital-grade sterilization protocol eliminates bacteria, viruses, and allergens so your loved one breathes clean air from day one.
Button"They sterilized everything before and after the work. My mother is immunocompromised, and knowing the crew took that seriously gave our whole family confidence in the process."
The Case for Clinical-Grade Home Sterilization
For immunocompromised seniors and those recovering from surgery, a sterile home environment is not optional. The data makes the urgency clear.
